Our classes are varied workout sessions incorporating functional movements like weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. We slowly introduce Intensity when form and technique are on point. It begins with a warm-up, followed by a coach-led workout of the day (WOD). Our coaches will guide you on technique, safety, and motivation. The session ends with a cool-down to aid recovery. Our aim is to improve overall fitness levels and foster a supportive community among members.

Open Gym

Open Gym is just that... Open gym! We offer access to our facility outside of CrossFit class times to use the facility and equipment. This is a great option for those that have shift schedules, or can't make a class. We have 24/7 cameras recording and fingerprint access to the facility for your safety!
